🎬 A snapshot of what you will be doing here:

Employee Relations

·       Act as the primary HR contact for employees at TCR HQ, addressing queries and providing guidance on HR-related matters.

·       Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gauge satisfaction, identify concerns, and implement action plans to enhance employee engagement.

 

HR Strategy and Support

·       Collaborate with the HR Director to implement and manage HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals.

·       Support the recruitment process managed by the COE Talent Acquisition team by being involved in the shortlisting and interviewing process.

·       Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.

 

Talent Development

·       Assist in the development and implementation of employee development programs, including training, career development, and succession planning.

·       Participate in group-wide projects such as employee opinion surveys and employer branding initiatives.

 

Compensation & Benefits

·       Provide support to the C&B lead in the design, implementation, and review of compensation and benefits projects.

·       Address C&B-related queries and ensure adherence to internal frameworks and local regulations.

·       Contribute to benchmarking exercises and other initiatives aimed at maintaining a competitive reward structure.

HR Administration

·       Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job titles, salary details, and employment history, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date for payroll processing and other administrative functions.

·       Support payroll accuracy and compliance in collaboration with the Compensation & Benefits specialist.

Compliance and Best Practices

·       Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legislative changes.

·       Support the HR Director in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

·       Can work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

·       Experience in a generalist HR role.

·       Is a self-starter with strong organizational skills, a pragmatic approach, and a lot of common sense.

·       Has strong communication skills, native in Dutch or French and able to work in English. You will need to be able to communicate at all levels of the organization.

·       Fits in our ambitious, driven HR team and you can tackle every challenge with a smile and “don’t worry, I got this” attitude.
